The EngineerGirl is an organization designed to bring national attention to the exciting opportunities that engineering represents for girls and women. The site was launched in 2001 with input from a specially selected Girls Advisory Board—bright, energetic girls from all over the United States and Canada.
The National Academy of Engineering runs this great resource site with support from Chevron to help educate and encourage the next generation of innovators.

Chevron partners with The Fab Foundation to bring fabrication labs (Fab Labs) to areas where we operate. Fab Labs feature hands-on activities with laser cutters, machinery, and precision parts. The Chevron-supported Fab Labs are located in Bakersfield, Richmond, and Santa Clara, California; Waynesburg and Grindstone, Pennsylvania; New Orleans, Louisiana; Odessa, Texas; Pascagoula, Mississippi and Washington, D.C.

On January 17th, 2020, Chevron and Girls on the Run Greater Houston (GOTRGH) announced a three-year partnership designed to help girls in Houston unlock their power and limitless potential through Girls on the Run’s proven curriculum. Chevron and GOTRGH acknowledge the importance of empowering and teaching Social Emotional Learning, STEM and leadership skills to girls. With our commitment, GOTRGH council will be able to meet their goal of serving 5,000 girls annually by 2023.

Chevron is the first founding partner of the A’s Community Fund. As a founding partner, Chevron plays an integral role in the A's educational community efforts, providing more support and resources for Oakland and the East Bay. Chevron is also the presenting partner of the A's STEM initiatives, including Science of Baseball, a 15-lesson curriculum that provides teachers with training, materials and programming to implement in their own classrooms.

In 2019, Chevron was named the official STEM partner of the Houston Open to help the next generation learn science, technology, engineering and math in exciting, new ways. The same STEM skills that golfers use to elevate their game can also put kids on a clear course to success in the classroom and in life, unlocking their greatest future potential.

Chevron has partnered with Alianza de Futbol to bring impactful soccer training needed for kids to develop their skills and improve their game. Since 2018, the mission of CSA has been to create accessible soccer opportunities for youth and to provide the proper resources, knowledge, and support system for players to learn and grow on and off the field.

Project Lead the Way offers students and educators world-class curricula and teacher training to help kids obtain the in-demand, transferable skills they need in order to excel. Chevron is proud to partner with Project Lead the Way to help provide access to engineering computer science curricula to over 300,000 students across the United States since our partnership began.

Chevron and the Giants Community Fund teamed up to bring STEMlearning to Junior Giants participants. Approximately 24,000 youth in 370 cities across California will learn how STEM plays a role in the game of baseball during the Junior Giants program. Chevron and the Giants Community Fund hope to inspire the next generation of innovators.
